Came across this record of the Yorkshire Junior Merit Final from 11 years ago when rummaging through some files passed on to me by Mags Emerson when she stood down from being League Secretary of the Veterans League. Thought it might provoke some memories for some of our readers.
Danny Towning, bowling in the Elland Monday evening league for Dalton Cricket and bowling.
At least a dozen that I know of, possibly more.
I don’t recognise many , if any , of the names and wond how many of them are still playing bowls
