An increasing number of local clubs are making great efforts to attract new club members and here is the latest from Kirkheaton Cricket & Bowling Club.

Ever wondered what crown green bowling is all about? Now’s your chance to give it a go in a friendly and relaxed environment at Kirkheaton Cricket & Bowling Club! Whether you’re completely new to the sport or just curious to try something different, everyone is welcome to come along.

Join us every Saturday from 10am–12pm starting 4th April 2026 for our open “Come & Try” sessions. Our experienced members will be on hand to offer free coaching, show you the basics, and help you get started. No experience is needed and all equipment is provided!
