There tends to be a drawn match in one competition each season and this year it is the turn of the Julie Fuller Trophy but it wasn't just one drawn match it was two! In such circumstances the tie is awarded to the team with the most wins and that happened in both of the drawn matches. A 56-56 drawn aggregate scoreline in the Milnsbridge A v Thongsbridge B tie was decided by a 2-1 game win for the Thongsbridge team The second drawn match was an all Division 1 affair which saw Skel Windmill draw 51-51 with Marsh United A who go through with another 2-1 game total.

There were two inter-club ties where the club's B teams went through at the expense of their club's A team. Marsh Lib B didn't need their 5-points handicap advantage to eliminate their A team mates ending with a 66-53 winning scoreline. Then in the meeting of the two Greenhead Park teams at their new Thorpe Green home it was the B team that appear to have settled earliest on their new home green after beating their A team by 65-62 but this time the 7-points handicap advantage was key in determining the outcome.

In the last round Holmfirth A knocked out the reigning Champions from New Mill A but a match against the Division 1 leaders from Clayton West was too big a hurdle to overcome and they succumbed 44-60. The second all-Division 1 tie resulted in a 56-48 win for Netherton Con A over Slaithwaite.
