So 4 weeks to go to the new Veterans League season and how do you fancy your team's chances? Are you expecting to be among the leaders or strugglers? Have you gone up a level from last year and are you expecting to go even better still or will you be out of your depth? Everyone will be hopeful but some with more justification than others. The Fantasy League will be starting up soon so share your thoughts on the season coming up to give some guidance to our Fantasy League entrants about your team's chances for 2023. Have you got some new bowlers who could make the difference to your chances?
On another topic relevant to all teams in Division 3 of the 6-Man League or maybe all 6-Man League teams. I note that Thongsbridge have now got a C team playing in this division. As they only have one green and now three teams they are being allowed to play all their home fixtures on Friday afternoons. What do the other teams in the 6-Man League think about that? Is it setting a dangerous precedent or should it be welcomed as adding another team to the League?
