The Yorkshire County Crown Green Bowling Association was formed on 15 August 1892, almost 131 years ago, and these are the papers recording that formation. There are four papers and these cover

1. Minutes of the meeting held at the Queens Hotel, Huddersfield on Monday 15 August 1892

2. List of 32 bowling clubs in Yorkshire known to be in existence at that time

3. Papers 3 and 4 carry The Examiner's report on all those proceedings
