DIVISION 6 FINAL TABLE 2025-26

A second successive title for the Cowcliffe B team highlighted the Division 6 season with a 14-point gap to the runners-up Brockholes B. This builds on their 2024-25 title-winning Division season at Huddersfield RUFC. Both are promoted and the Brockholes team have now completed four consecutive seasons playing on the Netherton green, never having finished higher than 4th position before.

Springwood B suffered a third successive relegation and share the relegation places with Netherton Con B who will once again play the 'Avoid Relegation' card that hosting clubs can do if it hinders their hosting duties. However, an alternative solution will be put before the Management Committee when they meet on 5 March.

On the individual front, the Division 6 Top Bowler completes a Cowcliffe double with Alan Brown taking the title ahead of his team captain Lynn Rynham. Alan played in all 14 of Cowcliffe's fixtures winning 12 of them. Alan played all of his matches in the pairs games and it is quite unusual for a dedicated pairs player to win the Top Bowler award. Well done.
