There were 22 entrants from Division 4 teams competing for the four places to go through to the Round of the Last 28 to be played at Huddersfield RUFC on Sunday 29 March. The sun was shining and the forecast rain didn't appear until the final pair were well into their match.

Before the start of the competition the Elland WMC team were congratulated on their achievement of winning the Division 4 Champions title. That being a second successive promotion having finished the 2024-25 season as the Division 5 runners-up.
