Crossgates retain BCGBA Club Champions title

Crossgates are the 2025 winners of the BCGBA Club Championship and retain the title they won last year after beating the Warwick & Worcester representatives and a previous winner of this title, Greville Arms in the Final. In fact they had to beat three previous winners of the title in one day to take the trophy for a second successive year.

Eight quarter-finalists started the day with the two Yorkshire reps going up against each other in the opening round. The games were shared at 4-4 with Crossgates edging the aggregate scoreline 138-127.

They shared the games 4-4 in the semi-final but again took the aggregate score 152-143 to set up a Final where they beat the Birmingham team from Greville Arms by a 149-131 score.
