A second Yorkshire team has qualified for the Finals Day of the World Club Championship after Crosland Moor beat two opponents to join Pudsey in the last eight of the competition. Pudsey are the reigning Champions and they qualified on the opening day of the 2023 competition and are now joined by the Huddersfield side in Finals Day which will be held on Sunday April 16th.
A comprehensive 161-125 win over a South Ramsey (Isle of Man) side containing three lady bowlers saw them safely through to the second round where they took on the Greater Manchester side from Hopwood and once again they progressed this time with a 160-120 scoreline.
The two Yorkshire teams have been kept apart and are in different halves of the Quarter-Finals draw where they will play the two qualifying teams from next Sunday's final qualifying day (details below).
