Crosland Moor pair win Colne Valley Pairs

The Crosland Moor pairing of Danny Radcliffe and Richard Chomiak won the 2026 running of the Colne Valley Pairs competition. Radcliffe and Chomiak had a reasonably comfortable path to the final with 21-6 and 21-12 victories and overcame Gary Senior and Guy Beaumont 21-16 in the final.

It was a tense finish as Chomiak produced a last wood winner when 3 down at 16-19 at the penultimate end and also repeated the feat at the final end. Senior and Beaumont had a straightforward 21-9 quarter-final win but had a close game with Longwood's Hunsley and Whitwam after trailing 12-5 and 17-16.
