There is a distinctive local feel to the Friday line-up at Crosland Moor this week with two-thirds of the 16 bowlers coming from local teams including four from Lower Hopton. That should encourage local supporters to put in an appearance at the last qualifying round of the 2023 Open and things start getting serious at 6.30pm after 30minutes of practice from 6.00pm.
