Club News
The in-house Bowling Competition, coupled with outdoor beer sales (cans and bottles only so far), again proved to be a successful day last weekend. Many non-bowling members came and enjoyed meeting/seeing their friends in a social distanced environment which you can see by the photos below. A minutes silence was observed (except for the overhead helicopter) at 3 o'clock and the half-mast flag stowed in memory of Prince Philip.
We shall be holding another competition next Saturday the 24th and ask if participants would ensure they register by 1:00 pm (we had to delay the start this week to the annoyance of those who had to wait).
Now that league matches have started we hope to be making bar sales for outdoors consumption, weather permitting.
