The Semi-Finals of the Ladies Senior County Championship will be staged this Sunday (20 August) with the Yorkshire team defending the title they won last year. They take on Shropshire in one Semi-Final whilst in the other Warwick & Worcester fight it out with the Dudley & District team.
The Yorkshire away team play at Shifnal Bowling Club, Priorslee Road, Shifnal, TF11 8HD with the home leg being played at Golcar Liberal Club. Both matches have a 2.00pm start time and the Yorkshire line-ups are below. The winners of the two Semi-Finals will meet in the Final which will be played on Sunday 17 September.
Following the surprise elimination of the Men's team at the same stage of their BCGBA competition the ladies are aiming to address that setback and follow on from the County Juniors team example as they retained the title they won last year as well.
