BCGBA Ladies Champion of Champions
Bowling News

Despite the Yorkshire team's dominance in ladies bowling, they fared poorly in the later stages of this year's BCGBA Champion-of-Champions competition.
Whitkirk bowler, Emma Tobin, was one of three Yorkshire representatives in the last 16 and hopes were high that she would successfully defend the title she won last year. It was not to be as Emma went out in the first round of the day. The other two Yorkshire representatives were both eliminated in the Round of the Last 32 with Debi Davis of New Mill and then Rachel Wilcox of Crossgates, and the wife of Saturday's Men's competition runner-up, James Wilcox, followed suit.
You couldn't have a more appropriate winner than a lady called Jane Bowler, so well done to her, which will have been a boost to the Wales team.
The full list of results from the day is listed below, followed by an extract from the BCGBA Facebook pages, which is fast replacing the expensive the BCGBA website as the preferred method of communication.
