Earlier in the week we left you with this photograph and challenge to name the bowlers, year, green and competition. Nobody got all the answers but Bill Blackburn was the closest naming 7 of the 9 individuals as well as the year, competition and green. All the answers are below.

Frank Greenwood won the Veterans League Rose Bowl for the second consecutive year in 2004 with the photo below capturing all the Finals Day contenders along with League President, Stanley Kaye, holding the trophy at Almondbury BC.

Left to right the eight qualifiers are: Mick Pejica (Almondbury Lib, Trevor Sykes (Marsh United), Lawrence Swain (Meltham), Frank Greenwood (Golcar Lib), Trevor Barker (Milnsbridge BC), Jack Hewitt (Lindley Lib), Alan Kaye (Brockholes) and Peter Whitehouse (Marsh Lib).
