£4,000 LBC Finals Night this Friday

This Friday (31 July) is the Finals Night in the £4,000 Lindley Bowling Club Open '64'. The eight qualifiers have come through the ranks over the last four Friday evening competitions and Dave Parkin has reproduced the draw and some unique history about each of the qualifiers past at this stage of the competition. Reproduced in Dave's colourful manner and set out below for your information.

The second table shows that none of the qualifiers has lifted this trophy before and only one of them, Ian Booth, has reached the Final before (2019). In fact three of the eight have never reached Finals Night at Lindley BC before and we are guaranteed a new name on the trophy.

We now have the opening betting odds for the competition with Simon Coupe the strong 7/4 favourite to walk away with the title. The full odds being:
